Holly Bobo, Tennessee Student Kidnapped, Dragged into Woods by Camouflaged Abductor

Almost 400 www.keezmovies volunteers are searching the dense West Tennessee woodlands looking for a 20-year-old nursing student last seen being dragged by a man dressed in camouflage into the woods near her home, investigators said.



Holly Bobo was dragged "across the carport of her home... toward a wooded area" in the town of Parsons on Wednesday, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Both Bobo's mother and 25-year-old brother watched the woman being abducted and called 911.

John Mehr, spokesman for the TBI, would not say if family members tried to intervene or if they were suspected in the abduction.

Bobo is a cousin of Whitney Duncan, a country music singer and a finalist on the television talent show Nashville Star.

"My cousin Holly was kidnapped this morning," Duncan wrote on Facebook. "Please pray for her & our family. This is really sad & shocking."

Investigators initially believe the young woman may have been abducted from her house in a home invasion, but Mehr told ABCNews.com that "the suspect was never inside."

Police won't comment on what else family members told them or what evidence may have been left behind.



"The investigation is ongoing," said Mehr.

Between 300 and 400 people are involved in today's search, Mehr said.

Investigators are using sniffing dogs and a helicopter to comb the rural area around Bobo's home, about 100 miles north of Memphis.

Calls to Bobo's family were not returned.

Bobo is 5-feet-3 and weighs 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans.

Don Franks, the family's pastor who has known Bobo her whole life, told the Associated Press she is "a fine young Christian girl."

"The whole community is praying for her safety and well-being," Franks said.

Wal-Mart completes $3 billion-plus purchase of Jet.com

NEW YORK (AP) -- Wal-Mart said Monday it has completed its deal to buy fast-growing Jet.com for $3 billion in cash plus $300 million in stock, an acquisition aimed at helping the world's largest retailer attract younger and more affluent customers to drive online sales.

The hefty price tag shows how heavily Wal-Mart is willing to invest as it tries to boost online sales that totaled $13.7 billion last year -- still just a fraction of the company's annual revenue. While Wal-Mart and Jet.com will operate as separate brands, Wal-Mart has said it will incorporate some of Jet.com's "smart technology" that lowers prices in real times by looking for ways to cut costs.

As part of the deal, which was announced in early August, Jet.com co-founder and CEO Marc Lore will oversee both that site and Walmart.com, and will report to Wal-Mart CEO Doug McMillon. Lore will serve as executive vice president at Wal-Mart and president and CEO of Wal-Mart's e-commerce business in the U.S.

Lore brings to the role a rich e-commerce resume as founder of Quidsi, the parent Diapers.com, which was bought by Amazon for $500 million in 2010. As part of the stock portion of the deal, Lore received 3.55 million shares of restricted Wal-Mart common stock to be paid over five years. The exact value depends on Wal-Mart's share price. But based on Monday's closing price of $72.09, the shares would have a current worth of nearly $256 million.



Jet's pricing technology is built on an algorithm that determines which sellers are the most efficient in value and shipping and adjusts prices based on what items are in the checkout cart as well as how far the desired products are from the shoppers' home. So shoppers are encouraged to add more to build a more efficient cart and buy items labeled "smart cart" for more savings.



Analysts say that the deal still won't enable Wal-Mart to catch up to online leader Amazon.com in sales, but will help narrow the gap and should widen the distance between Wal-Mart and other online rivals. For Jet.com, which had been pouring money into splashy TV ads and other marketing, being owned by Wal-Mart should accelerate its path to profitability.

In a Wal-Mart blog post on Monday, McMillon wrote, "Wal-Mart and Jet.com obsess about saving customers time and money. By joining forces, we'll be better at doing both, creating seamless shopping from app to site to store." On McMillon's Instagram account was an image of Jet's purple T-shirt with a note saying, "I've been waiting a month to put on this shirt."

This weekend he asked again if we could have sex in the morning because we were so tired at night. I said, "Oh yes, oh course!"

In the morning he would cuddle, but never tried to do anything else. I thought, "I could start it again, but I WANT him to this time." Nothing happened. He got up and made coffee.

My answer: there are many different reasons to this.

When I first met my ex, sparks flew and we had passionate sex first night we met -like 5-6 times overnight. It was definitely the best, most surreal, most connected sex I had with a total stranger. That was how strong our animal attraction to each other was.

But he was at that time so used to once-a-week sex (he was with a girlfriend before they broke up in which they were cool with once a week).

It was quite a shock to his system because I wanted it all the time and he wasn't prepared for it. After the first night, he very much settled to his old ways.

He could never adjust to my libido. And I would throw tantrum -I didn't know better back then: I was so used to getting what I wanted in relationship. I later stopped doing that but the damage was done.

He shut down over time. He said sex with me was like a chore (find out other reasons why he is pulling away).

I was hurt thinking most guys would kill to have sex with me, and this guy is now telling me sex is like work with me? What's wrong with me???

That's the brief history of what went wrong with our relationship.

He sometimes wondered if it was his depression or the anti-depressants he took from time to time or lack of testosterone or night shift work he did. It probably was all of those things. Whatever it was, it didn't help us, I was resentful and felt uncherished.

You will know overtime if your libido is just much higher than his. And if that's the case, there is little you can do about it. Guys relax a bit after they won you over. The wooing and efforts lessen over time because they feel secure being with you. It's a good thing, but then you will feel it right way when things don't feel right.

Marketing & Advertising :: The Top Five Ways Of Marketing To Sell A Property!

There are many, many ways to market a property for sale. I will cover the top five that have worked for us. Best of all... they are CHEAP!

1. Flat Fee MLS Listing

1. Flat Fee MLS Listing

This is an easy and effective way to get your property listed without having to pay both sides of the commission for selling your house. Flat fee listings in the past had a bad rap from Realtors! Realtors would steer clients away from the listings or avoid showing the listings at all. Times have changed and Realtors will gladly show your flat fee listing now. Generally you will pay anywhere from $99 to $499 for a flat fee listing on the MLS. If you sell your house with a flat fee listing you are only responsible for paying the buyer's Realtor commission. Generally we offer 3% to the buyer's agent. You will be responsible for filling out the paperwork, taking pictures and negotiating your own contract with the buyer when listing your house with a flat fee company. The buyer's Realtor will contact you to set up a showing. Flat fee listing is a great way to get your property on the MLS and save you at least 2% in Realtor commission.

2. Offline Marketing

There are many ways to market a property offline. Offline typically consists of bandit signs, info tubes/boxes, tear off flyers in a grocery store and newspaper ads. We are going to discuss the tried and true way to get your phone ringing off the hook... BANDIT SIGNS! We have found that handwritten 18x24 white bandit signs work the best. You should put at least 20 bandit signs around your house, preferably at busy intersections. You want a lot of people to see your signs when they are stopped waiting for the lights to turn green. Below is an example of what could be written on a bandit sign:

There are a lot of real estate websites available. I am going to focus on three sites: craigslist.com, backpage.com and kijiji.com. I refer to them as the big three! You should be posting your house for sale at least 3 times a week. You want maximum exposure and to get your house in front of as many people as possible.

4. Virtual Tour

You can make an easy inexpensive virtual tour of your house using a video camera or Flip Video. You can pick up a Flip Video camera from Best buy for about $100. There are a couple things to keep in mind when filming your video virtual tour! Always start with filming the outside front of the house while saying the address and a little description about the property. DO NOT film every step you take! Talk about the specific area/room that you are filming then stop filming before moving on to the next area/room. Post your video on Tube Mogul, online marketing sites (craigslist.com, backpage.com, etc) and your blog.

5. Word of Mouth

The cheapest and easiest way to get the word out about your house is to tell EVERYONE that it's for sale.
